The problem

You've already done the work. The money arrives in two months.

Payment time 61.8 d

Average B2B payment time in the EU – up by more than five days in a year. Meanwhile you pay for wages, materials and fuel up front.

Late payments 47%

of EU businesses had problems because of late payments in 2023. One late invoice often causes several new delays further down the chain.

Growth 57%

of businesses missed their growth targets because of late payments. Money that is earned but locked up can't be invested.

It's not that you manage your cash badly. It's that customers pay late. Vender solves that – through your customer.

Why Vender

You're assessed on your customer's creditworthiness. Not your own.

It's the same kind of financing as factoring – but your customer has set up the programme and stands behind the invoice. That's why you get a better price, and a yes where others say no.

Yes, more often

Traditional factoring often excludes smaller and newer companies because of their turnover or credit history. Here it's your customer's credit that counts.

No new debt

You take no loan and tie up no credit line. The financing is non-recourse.

You decide

You choose which invoices to have paid out early – automatically or one at a time. The money goes to your existing bank account.

No stigma

This is your customer's benefit to you – not an emergency fix you go looking for. Your relationship with your customer stays the same as today.

How it works

You invoice as usual. We take it from there.

No new systems and no new way of working. Once your customer has approved the invoice, you can choose to get paid straight away.

Vender also works where traditional factoring is thin – Sweden has the lowest factoring use of the Nordic countries and Poland – and for invoices that are otherwise hard to finance, as long as your customer has approved them.

Frequently asked questions

What suppliers usually ask.

What does it cost?

A fee on the invoices you choose to have paid out – typically around 2% per 30 days, so about 4% on an invoice with 60-day payment terms. The price is set based on your customer's creditworthiness and the invoice tenor, and you always see exactly what it costs before you choose. It costs nothing to join.

Is it a loan? Does it affect my credit rating?

No. You take no loan and tie up no credit line. The invoice is assigned without recourse, which means you are not liable if your customer doesn't pay.

Will my customer notice? Does it affect the relationship?

Your customer is the one offering the programme, so it's a benefit – not a sign of cash problems. Your customer pays on the same due date as usual.

Do I have to finance every invoice?

No. You choose – invoice by invoice, or automatically for all approved invoices. You can stop at any time.

Do I need to change bank or business system?

No. You invoice as usual in your own system and the money is paid into your existing bank account.

Why can I get a yes when factoring companies say no?

Traditional factoring assesses your own turnover and credit history. Here it's your customer's creditworthiness that is assessed, and the invoice has already been approved by your customer. That means even smaller and newer companies can get good terms.
