How early payment works
Who pays whom, what it costs and when the money arrives.
The flow
- The buyer approves an invoice for early payment.
- The supplier accepts the offer.
- Vender pays the supplier the invoice amount minus a fee.
- The invoice is assigned to Vender, and the buyer is notified (see Notice of assignment).
- On the original due date, the buyer pays Vender the full invoice amount.
The fee
The supplier pays a fee for being paid early. It is a percentage of the invoice amount, agreed per buyer programme, and is deducted from the payout. The buyer pays the invoice amount as usual, on the usual date.
| Example | Amount |
|---|---|
| Invoice amount | 100 000 kr |
| Fee (2 %) | − 2 000 kr |
| Paid to the supplier | 98 000 kr |
| Paid by the buyer to Vender on the due date | 100 000 kr |
When the money arrives
Vender pays as soon as both sides have approved and the supplier is verified. How fast it lands depends on the bank transfer: usually the same or next banking day within Sweden, up to 48 hours for SEPA payments.
